TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man suspected of multiple assaults in the downtown area faces multiple charges after allegedly biting a police officer Wednesday. According to court records, Jamil Fitts, 30, was approached by a Toledo Police officer on January 8 because he matched the description of an assault suspect.
