An Ohio man has been sentenced to prison after police found him being involved in a hand to hand exchange of drugs for money.
Officials say Germain Sims, 31 of Columbus, Ohio, was convicted of “Delivery of a Controlled II Substance, Cocaine” in the Circuit Court of Ohio County.
According to officials, Wheeling Police arrested Sims in February, 2023, when he was observed as being involved in a hand-to-hand exchange of narcotics for money. Upon arrest, a large sum of cash was found on Sims. Additionally, the individual buyer was apprehended and the cocaine was confiscated from that person, who ultimately cooperated with the police.
Police found that once Sims was in custody, he was wanted in Ohio for Attempted Murder, Felonious Assault, Having Weapons Under Disability, Possession of Heroin and Possession of Fentanyl…
