The state Senate is considering a bill that would significantly change Ohio’s voter-passed recreational marijuana laws, placing further limits on potency, prohibiting sharing, and halving the state’s limit on home-grow plants.
Senate Bill 56, backed by Sen. Steve Huffman, R-Tipp City is under review by the Senate’s General Government Committee, which made a list of amendments to the legislation Tuesday.
