NEWPORT, Mich. (WTVG) – A judge on Friday denied a motion to dismiss the case against a woman accused of drunkenly crashing into a building where a child’s birthday was being held, killing two siblings and injuring more than a dozen people.
Court records show Judge Daniel White denied a motion to dismiss, as well as a motion suppress evidence in the case against Marshella Chidester.
The docket also shows Chidester was ordered to report to pretrial services over a possible violation of her bond conditions. Additional details about what that violation may have been is unclear…
