KALIDA, Ohio (WLIO) – A Putnam County man was arrested after barricading himself in his home following a domestic violence call.
Kris Reynolds, 49, is in custody at the Putnam County Jail after a Sunday night incident at his home on Road “L” outside of Kalida.
Just before 6:30 p.m., deputies were called to the home for reports of an irate, intoxicated male. When they arrived, Reynolds barricaded himself inside.
The Putnam County Special Response Team attempted to persuade him to surrender. After four hours of negotiations, officers entered the home and arrested Reynolds without incident…
