ROSSFORD, Ohio (WTVG) – Rossford Schools is getting a new building with no cost to taxpayers. Renderings of the new school were unveiled to the board of education at a facilities committee meeting on Tuesday.
What is now a plot of land off of Lime City Road will soon be the home of the new $35 million Rossford Middle School that will house fourth through sixth graders. And taxpayers are not being billed.
“We’re positioning for the future,” said Rossford Superintendent Dan Creps. “When we look at that and we say we’re in a very strong financial space, we know that our enrollment is growing, we know our programming is expanding, let’s take a look at this and if we can do this, this would be the time.”…
