TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Adelante, a Latino resource center, closed its doors after an employee used the agency’s money for personal use. Federal agents charged former executive director Sabina Serratos with two counts of program fraud.
Serrantos is accused of stealing nearly $400,000.
