DAYTON, Ohio — Some contractors working on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton are finding themselves without a job.
A statement from the Defense Health Agency, Defense Health Network Continental reads:
“The 88 Medical Group confirms that it recently dismissed contractors at Wright-Patterson Medical Center. The contract reductions were necessary to operate within this fiscal year’s budget provided by Defense Health Network Continental. These contractor dismissals do not affect the safe, quality health care expected by the 88 MDG beneficiaries around the Wright-Patterson AFB community.”…
