TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Lucas County Coroner’s Office has confirmed that Opal Covey, a Toledo fixture who ran for mayor numerous times, has died. She was 84 years old.
The retired business owner and self-professed prophetess was found in her home Thursday.
