Man accused of killing wife requesting dismissal of charges

A man accused of killing his wife nearly four years ago and hiding her body is now asking a judge to dismiss the charges against him.

Dale Warner, 57, is charged with open murder and evidence tampering in the disappearance and death of his wife, Dee Warner, who went missing in April 2021. Her body was found last August inside a sealed storage tank on Warner’s property.
