TOLEDO, Ohio — A Lucas County Sheriff’s deputy is the subject of an internal investigation and it’s not the first time Deputy Richard Strong has faced complaints regarding his behavior.
Vince Mauro, an investigator in the Internal Affairs Department, confirmed to 11 Investigates that the most recent allegation involves a choking incident allegedly perpetrated by Strong at the Agenda Bar and Grill on Matzinger Road.
