TOLEDO, Ohio — A man has been sentenced by a Lucas County judge for fatally shooting another man back in September.
James Caulton Jr., 40, pleaded guilty to one count of murder, one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of felonious assault, one count of having weapons under disability and one count of tampering with evidence.
