Lucas Co. grand jury indicts woman on charges stemming from deadly crash

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Lucas County grand jury has indicted a woman on two charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of operating a vehicle under the influence for a crash that happened in August 2024.

According to a Toledo Police crash report, Victoria Delong, 25, was driving west on Nebraska near Westwood with two passengers in her car. The report said she ran a red light and hit another vehicle. According to the report, alcohol was suspected to be a factor in the crash.

One of the passengers of Delong’s vehicle died at Toledo Hospital following the crash. Her other passenger suffered minor injuries…
