TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Last year, data from the Toledo-Lucas County Homelessness Board showed there were more people living on the streets in the area than at any other time in the past 10 years; TLCHB Executive Director Julie Embree said that number is continuing to grow.
“It’s very alarming, the trend that we’re seeing,” Embree said.
