TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man is in critical condition after a meet up for a shoe sale turned into a robbery in which the victim was dragged by a car, police say.
Toledo Police reports said the incident happened around 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 29. An 18-year-old went to the 500 block of E. Oakland in order to sell shoes through Facebook Marketplace.
