TOLEDO, Ohio — A popular downtown Toledo lunch destination celebrated its new owners Thursday with a reopening party.
Vanessa Skouroukos, a five-year employee of Grumpy’s Toledo who recently took ownership of the deli on Huron Street, said patrons can expect both aesthetic and culinary changes, including a revamped menu.
“We’re redecorating right now, and the menus are actually changing today,” Skouroukos said. “So if you want to come down and find out what we’ve done, definitely come see us.”…
