The local musician fatally shot in a West End shooting this February was held at gunpoint in a daytime robbery, according to newly obtained police records by The Enquirer.
Police reports and 911 calls indicate the 17-year-old accused of killing Allen Scott, 50, had tried to rob him at the door of his West McMicken Avenue apartment just before noon on Feb. 6.
