TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Police found a man dead inside of a crashed car on Peck St. just before midnight.
According to Toledo Police, officers found 32-year-old Jovontai Highsmith inside a white car that had crashed into a truck near Lagrange on April 7.
