TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities is celebrating the opening of a brand-new payment kiosk.
According to the city, the self-service kiosk provides customers with another way to pay their utility bills. There are currently two kiosks available for use. The newest one, which opened on April 10, is located at the corner of Madison Avenue and St. Clair Street and the other is located at the Scott Park Police Station.
The kiosks are one of several services that were introduced in the past year. Those services include the MyTOL Customer Portal, an improved pay-by-mail system and one-time payment options that allow customers to pay with cash at retail locations or digitally through Venmo, PayPal or a card…
