TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – An 18-year-old was charged with failure to comply and obstructing official business after doing donuts in a snowy parking lot and driving away when police entered the lot.
According to a report from the Sylvania Police Department, an officer was on patrol and noticed a vehicle doing donuts behind the Toledo Islamic Academy on Feb. 15. The officer then entered the lot and the vehicle drove away toward Alexis Road.
According to the report, the officer noticed that the vehicle did not have a license plate on the back of the vehicle or on the windshield and attempted to stop the vehicle. The vehicle did not stop and began speeding up…
