A Toledo woman who shot another woman during a party in mid-2023, causing permanent injury, pleaded guilty Friday morning to attempted murder.
Under an agreement with prosecutors, Ronaysia Miller, 21, of the 3700 block of East Manhattan Boulevard, is to be sentenced to 12 years in prison for the July 17, 2023, shooting in the 1600 block of Vance Street.
