Protesters demanding change at LCCS

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Demanding answers from the organization put in place to protect children. On Monday, protesters gathered to honor the life of Kei’Mani Latigue, the 13-year-old who was found murdered inside an abandoned house in Toledo.

The protesters were also pressing for more accountability from Lucas County Children Services (LCCS).

The protest began at 1 p.m. and lasted almost three hours. People gathered outside of LCCS to express their concerns with LCCS and they were making sure their voices were heard…
