TOLEDO, Ohio — The father of a slain Toledo police officer pleaded guilty Wednesday to grand theft and telecommunications fraud involving the officer’s foundation at his arraignment in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
As part of the plea deal for Younes “Tony” Dia, two additional counts of grand theft and telecommunications fraud were dropped.
