‘Take care of the customer’: Elmore man left with incomplete fence, contractor disappears | Call 11 for Action

ELMORE, Ohio — An Elmore man said he’s frustrated and out thousands of dollars after a contractor failed to honor a warranty on a fence project that quickly began falling apart.

Joseph Trader said he hired Blue Line Fencing in August 2023 to build a 280-foot-long L-shaped fence on his property for $7,684. At first, the project seemed to go as planned.

“It was a beautiful fence when it was up,” Trader said. “I just wanted to have my own privacy.”…
