TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – There are 18 homes in the Old South End of Toledo scheduled to be demolished by the city of Toledo.
Residents said there are even more problem properties in their neighborhood, and they want to see a change.
Janie King took it upon herself to walk around her part of the South End, noting all the abandoned homes. Her count came up to 11, and those were just the properties she found that had owners listed online…
