TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Residents have been reporting problems with their neighbor for years. They allege he was harassing them, making threats, and leaving unsightly (and unsanitary) trash.
It turns out he wasn’t supposed to be their neighbor at all. According to the city of Toledo, he was living in a home unfit for human habitation that was added to the demolition list in 2022.
