Woman shot when quarrel between friends results in gunfire

A 36-year-old woman was shot late Monday night after she and a passenger in her car got into an argument, according to police.

At 12:01 Tuesday morning, police were sent to the University of Toledo Medical Center for a walk-in gunshot victim.

According to the woman, she and a friend, Sonny Field, 36, of the 1000 block of Tecumseh Street, were in a car when they got into a verbal argument. Field then pulled out a gun and shot the woman in the left arm. He then exited the vehicle, firing another round at the car as the victim drove away…
