TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man was arrested on Wednesday after police say he robbed a liquor store at gunpoint and stole over $6,000.
The alleged robbery took place on Feb. 20 at a liquor store in the 2100 block of W. Alexis Road. Toledo Police say Tyler Jones, 25, walked into the store, allegedly pointed a gun at the employee behind the counter and ordered the employee to open the register. Jones allegedly stole approximately $6,500 before running away on foot.
Police arrested Jones on April 30. He appeared in court that same day where a judge set his bond at $100,000 at no percent. He is due back in court on May 7 for a preliminary hearing…
