TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The court case about the nuisance property on Havre that 13 Action News has covered for months has been dismissed, records show.
The property at 419 Havre drew police and city crews out to the neighborhood numerous times over multiple large trash piles and bug infestations. It had been deemed unfit for human habitation. There were disputes about squatters, fake leases, and break-ins.
