ADRIAN, Mich. — Lenawee County Commissioners have approved the purchase of three new vehicles as part of ongoing facility maintenance and law enforcement operations.
Two 2025 Ford F-250 trucks will be added to the Buildings and Grounds fleet, each costing under $50,000. One of the trucks will replace a 2010 GMC previously slated for retirement after receiving an $8,000 repair estimate. Officials said both new vehicles will help keep the 20-truck fleet on a 10-year replacement schedule.
The Sheriff’s Office also received approval to purchase a 2025 Dodge Ram 4×4 for $45,000 through LaFontaine CJDR in Lansing. The new pickup will join the department’s fleet under the current capital improvement plan…
