TOLEDO, Ohio — Construction has been underway for over a year at the new, state-of-the-art Lucas County Canine Care and Control building.
Although the building is still a work in progress, WTOL 11 got a first look inside the new $35 million facility on Wednesday, which LC4 says will open to the public in August.
