TOLEDO, Ohio — The Lucas County Sheriff’s Office announced that its OVI Task Force will be conducting three sobriety checkpoints in Toledo on Saturday night.
According to the sheriff’s office, the checkpoints will be in operation from 8 p.m. through 2 a.m. at the following locations:
- 1125 E. Alexis Road
- 6010 N. Summit Street
- 5801 Suder Avenue
“The checkpoint will be staffed with officers from the Lucas County OVI Task Force. The checkpoint will be paid for through the OVI Task Force Grant from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration,” the sheriff’s office said in a press release.
