TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A police pursuit of a man on a stolen golf cart led to an arrest and a bevy of charges.
Rodney Horton, 46, of Toledo, was arrested after allegedly breaking into a UToledo building and stealing a golf cart from an apartment complex, police said.
