Jeremy Fitzgerald wants to be known as the savior of surplus restaurant inventory.
The veteran restaurateur, who worked in his family’s restaurants in Port Clinton and Put-in-Bay, Ohio, since he was 13, owned his own Subway restaurant at age 23, and founded Bar145 on Monroe Street in Toledo, has worked in the hospitality industry his whole life.
