TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) -A Toledo man is behind bars, accused of drunkenly causing an October 2024 crash that killed his passenger and hospitalized three others.
Toledo Police arrested Steven Wallace, 35, on a homicide warrant Saturday afternoon. He was indicted in Lucas County on a series of charges in connection with an Oct. 4 crash in Toledo.
