TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The City of Toledo, the Board of Lucas County Commissioners and the Toledo-Lucas County Memorial Day Association have revealed the details about this year’s Memorial Day Ceremony.
The event will take place on May 24. It will begin at 10 a.m. at the All Wars Memorial located off of Jackson Street on the Civic Center Mall.
