TOLEDO, Ohio — People in Perrysburg are questioning how a Venezuelan man, Anthony Emmanuel Labrador Sierra, 24, allegedly spent more than a year posing as a Perrysburg high school student.
Andrea Terry, a resident of Perrysburg, doesn’t blame the school district but she does have concerns.
