TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – When Dean Davis thinks up an idea, he thinks big.
“It’s kind of easy to lose perspective on this when you’re up here like this. So, they key to it is kind of taking a step back when after you get so far,” said Davis. “But this collection of murals will actually be the largest one in the world.”
