TOLEDO, Ohio — It may be considered a holiday that marks the unofficial start of summer, but local veterans explained that people should think twice before saying, “Happy Memorial Day.”
WTOL 11 spoke to veterans at the VFW in west Toledo to get their opinion on the phrase.
