Perrysburg school officials announced they are “reviewing our enrollment protocols” following the revelation last week that a 24-year-old Venezuelan man had been masquerading as a high school student for 17 months.
Anthony Emmanuel Labrador Sierra on Tuesday waived his right to a preliminary hearing in federal court. His case on several federal firearms violations and immigration charges will be sent to a grand jury.
Mr. Labrador, who overstayed his work visa and remained in the country illegally, was arrested May 19 by the Perrysburg Police Department on charges of felony forgery.
