TPD: Woman arrested on weapons charge after shooting dog; 66-year-old injured

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo woman was arrested after an incident in which a 66-year-old was injured in a shooting and a dog was fatally shot.

Court records say Felicia Alfred, 41, is charged with having weapons under disability. She was booked into the Lucas County jail on May 31.

Police reports said officers responded to a call for a person shot Saturday near the intersection of Starr and St. Louis in Toledo. They found a 66-year-old suffering from at least one gunshot wound they described as non-life-threatening…
