TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo woman is seeking justice and answers after she said she picked up her infant from childcare with her face covered in scratches and a black eye.
The mother said she is not getting a clear answer as to why her child has the injuries to her face, but she is determined to hold someone accountable.
