TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are asking for the public’s help locating the family of a juvenile found in west Toledo on Thursday.
The juvenile, pictured at the bottom of this story, was found in the 5700 block of Silverside Drive, according to police. Officers have not been able to find where the juvenile lives.
