TOLEDO, Ohio — A real estate developer plans to renovate a downtown Toledo building that has been unoccupied for over a decade into apartments and multiple businesses.
The Dymarkowski Development Group said in a press release Friday that it bought the five-floor property at 317 N. Superior St. and will do a $10.3 million construction project scheduled for completion in October 2026.
The developer’s vision for the finished product would turn it into a mixed-use building — akin to the Commodore Perry Apartments and Whiskey Red Saloon — with 19 apartment units, a rooftop patio for tenants, a restaurant on the first floor and a prohibition era-themed speakeasy in the basement…
