TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A woman facing 13 charges for a lottery ticket theft scheme took a plea deal. According to a new court filing she is pleading guilty to four of the charges.
Prosecutors say the scheme stretched from 2023-2024. Traci Weills, 37, of Toledo, was accused of stealing over 89,000 dollars worth of lottery tickets from her workplace at Main Stop in Pioneer. She also faced charges for stealing merchandise, altering business records, and forging pull tab receipts.
