TOLEDO, Ohio — A person was taken to the hospital after they were hit by a vehicle in south Toledo Saturday night. Police are still looking for the driver.
According to a police report and a warrant, 34-year-old Tynitra Jacobs and a 69-year-old had an argument, after which Jacobs drove over a curb to “purposefully” and “intentionally” strike the victim. This happened at the intersection of Western Avenue and Hawley Street around 10:42 p.m.
