A fatal vehicle incident in Monroe County claimed the life of a Flat Rock man last Sunday evening. The man, 38 years old, was behind the wheel of a red Ford F-150 when the truck swerved across lanes, struck a tree, and overturned. CBS News Detroit reported that this accident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on North Dixie Highway, near Fernwood Street in Frenchtown Township.
After the crash, the driver was transported to Corewell Health Trenton Hospital by Monroe Community Ambulance but succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
