TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A teenager accused of killing an 18-year-old in Toledo earlier this year has been certified by the courts to be tried as an adult.
Records show a Lucas County grand jury indicted Michael Silvera on several charges Thursday in the death of Jaidon Mangas. Silvera is facing charges of aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and felonious assault.
