TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo City Council on Tuesday approved a new contract with the labor union that represents about 240 city employees.
The deal includes annual pay raises of 4% through 2027, streamlined disciplinary procedures and changes to vacation accrual, according to a city document. It also boosts shift premiums and introduces incentives for certifications and responsible sick time use.
