TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A sports bar on Toledo’s north side is facing an effort by the city to shut it down as a nuisance property.
The city’s law director filed the complaint Thursday morning, four days after a shooting at the Matzinger Road location that resulted in the deaths of two people, and injured two others.
The complaint cites numerous incidents of violence at Agenda Sports Bar since 2022 as evidence that it is “a menace to the general health of the community.”…
